Our process starts with CNC laser cutting and turret punching for accurate cutouts of glass, knobs, and vents. The sheets are then precisely bent on CNC press brakes with +/-0.2mm tolerance for perfect fitment. All joints are spot welded and reinforced for structural strength to handle heat and daily kitchen use.

We follow a 7-tank pre-treatment process including degreasing, phosphating, and passivation. After this, bodies go through electrostatic powder coating with 60-80 micron thickness. We offer Glossy, Matte, and custom brand colors with excellent heat and scratch resistance.

Every lot undergoes dimensional checks, coating adhesion tests, and fitment trials with glass and PCB to ensure zero rework at your assembly line. Our monthly capacity is 50,000+ units with 12-15 days lead time after advance.
